Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your course within 7 days of enrollment, you can request a full refund — no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 25% of the course content and must not have downloaded certificates or completed mock tests.
3. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to hello@lingorise.com with your name, course title, and reason for the refund request. We process refunds within 5-7 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Assessment fees, 1-to-1 tutoring sessions that have been conducted, and courses completed beyond 25% are non-refundable.
